CBS and Dan Rather have been exposed. Its time for Dan Rather to fess up and tell the world that he lied in his attempt to influence the outcome of a U.S. presidential election.

The rest of the liberal media will have to act like attack dogs in order to retain the image of being unbiased.

I think he pulled them out of the pants of Sandy Berger in the men's room of Denny's in south Houston. In fact...I think I saw it happen!

It is HUGH and SERIES. Furthermore, it is clear that Rather was "douped."

"Who forged the documents?"

My bet is still on Burkett. He had the military Texas National Guard "systems analyst" background but messed up on army terms via air force terms. He had the motive, the knowledge, and the opportunity. No one else fits as well as he does. Unfortunately he may also still be mentally unstable.

Burkett is now saying he received the documents from a mysterious stranger at the Houston Livestock Show.

Oh, no! My secret is out. ;-)

Carl Bernstain and Bob Woodward have spent thirty years working to make sure that no Democrat scandal surpasses Watergate.

"Bernstain" Bernstein was especially pathetic during the impeachment wars, wasn't he?

"I said it last week: this is their Watergate."

And WE are Woodward and Bernstein!

"And Romney is a Republican, how cool for Kerry to be tossed out, and a Republican appointed"... I believe in the last year that Massachusetts passed legislation requiring a special election to be called upon a Senator's resignation, prohibiting the appointment of a Senator by the Governor.

I agree Pat Caddell was right, albeit 10 days too early. IT'S OVER. Whether Kerry knew about personally or not doesn't matter. What we do know is his campaign's flack was stupid enough to call C-BS on Bill Burditt's behalf. If you don't have anything to do with a forgery, you don't appear near the scene of the crime. 'NUFF SAID.

"Don't know if this has made it to the thread yet but Tony Blankly said that it is clear that Lockhart is lying when he said he didn't talk to Burkett about the Guard issue. Howard Feinman agreed. Blankly predicted that Lockhart would be fired within 48 to 72 hours."

Lockhart lied when he said: "it's possible that the producer told me about documents." Well I would think she would have to give Lockhart a reason for why she was in touch with Burkett and wanted him to call Burkett. Right now Isikoff is on FOX saying that the Kerry campaign has denied any contact with Burkett!! Another lie!

ITS JOE LOCKHART!

That makes it even better!

AND THINK ABOUT THIS...

Kerry has brought Sasso in to work on this campaign.

Sasso pulled this same type of stuff for Dukakis.

I do not now, nor do I plan in the future, to own pajamas of any kind.

Does this disqualify me from being included in the pajama squad? :-)

No doubt. With all the opportunity that exists in America, I am amazed at the negativity from that side.

They're Rats, and in the immortal words of Obi Wan Kenobi, "you'll not find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy." This is what happens when a gang of criminals and cowards and poltroons and moral bankrupts find that their carefully laid plots have blown up in their faces - it's everyone for itself, and the backstabbing and double dealing spirals out of control as each one scrambles to save its own sorry hide.
