Tony Coelho admitted on Hardball tonight that the DNC had the memos before CBS but that they didn't use them because they realized that the documents were probably fake.

'He did not come to us, we went to him and asked for the documents.'

Who told CBS/DNC that Burkett had the documents?

The truth of the matter is that the Dems would not touch these document because of the obvious falsity but they could rely on CBS as their lapdog to go full steam ahead and they would not be implicated in the fraud. Fortunately, not the way it is working out.

Yes, let's not forget to press John Edwards and Tom Harkin for apologies for their role in what they did with the forged documents. I suspect they are hoping people will forget what they said, even after questions were raised regarding the memo's authenticity.

The Breck Girl has been keeping a low profile ever since they sent him out on that suicide mission. Certainly Harkin has. The DNC and Kerry made them both look like fools, or more accurately, set them up to make themselves look like fools. Makes you wonder if Hilde-beast's people were already in control at that point. Either way, Edwards knows she'll be waiting with the video in 2008. He's probably going to cry...again...
