An Al Qaeda-linked group in Iraq has killed British hostage Kenneth Bigley, according to an Islamic web site.
Bigley was abducted on September 16 with two Americans, Eugene Armstrong and Jack Hensley, who have since been beheaded.
The Tawhid and Jihad group of Jordanian terror mastermind Abu Musab al-Zarqawi abducted them from their home in Baghdad.
The web site where the posting appeared has often carried messages from Zarqawi's followers, including videos showing Hensley and Armstrong being killed.

TERRORISTS!!
This is worse than "militants" or "insurgents" or "gunmen".
"Group" kind of makes it sound like a bunch of neighbors getting together for a backyard barbeque.
It was a group of Michael Moore Freedom Fighters.
In general?

Posting on Islamist message board claims British hostage Ken Bigley has been killed; message of dubious provenance and may not be legitimate
Early this morning, a posting was made to the Alezah.com message board claiming British hostage Ken Bigley, held by Zarqawi's Tawhid wa Jihad group, has been killed.
The posting claimed that a video will be released shortly.
The authenticity of the message cannot be verified, but the person posting it was not the same one who usually makes announcements on behalf of Zarqawi's group.
Zarqawi's group has been stung in the past by posers claiming to represent the group, posting ficticious information.
At least one other reported hostage, the US Marine held earlier this year, was reported killed, but was later released alive.
The semi-official website of Tawhid wa Jihad had no mention of the death of Bigley as of 7 am ET Saturday morning.
The message also claims that 7 British soldiers have been kidnapped.
I'm still very concerned that neither our government, Britain, or the employers of these three men have offered any reward for the capture of these Muslim monsters. (Oh I forgot they're a Religion of Peace.)
Tangential question. Was the report about the "slaughtering" of the two Italian women ever confirmed?
Wait...here's the corrected story:
A band of sub-human, animal-like, barbarians, cowards who must hide their identities behind Islamofascist-doo rags because of the nature of their vile putrification of the planet (borne in testimony by such pusillanimous acts as abducting non-combatant-unarmed civilians, terrorizing them and their families with unholy video rantings in which they sing to their false god the praises of men who use children and women as shields, then sawing off the heads of their victims in a blood-lust orgy of violence against everything that is human and decent) have perpetrated their nihilistic affront to all mankind by perpetuating their vile and detestable idol-worship of a god who cannot be living--who is really no god at all, but rather a vain philosophy of weakness and cowardice, by brutally murdering their latest victim. Much discredit goes to the vast numbers of 'co-conspirators', both in the Middle East and in countries throughout the world who continue to wring their hands in equal fits of moral cowardice as they stand by and watch the slaughter continue. It is believed that this idleness by so many has actually emboldened these cowardly thugs who have recently intensified this method of terrorism. Having effectively tied the hands of many in the free world (thus placing the likes of Chirac, Annan, and many other leaders in their own orange jumpsuit), the Islamic mutant horde has turned their attention to upcoming elections in America.
A spokesman for the Kerry camp has condemned these latest attrocities, with the Senator himself saying, 'This is exactly the kind of thing we didn't want to happen. But thanks to George Bush, and this administration, we have actually put into motion the very events that have given birth to these terrorists. Under my leadership, I will do everything within my power to bring a quick end to our over-reaching efforts in Iraq and, working closely with our allies, France, the UN, I will bring our troops home and begin the process of healing that must take place in this troubled part of the world."
Asked for his comments, the president continued his determined efforts against terrorist insurgents, "We will continue to fight the extremists in Iraq. We have to. Anyone who is willing to abduct non-combatants, put 'em on display in these sick videos, torturing their families in the process...needs to be dealt with. They need to be killed. If you don't kill them, they're gonna kill you. Everything they've done has shown us that. It's time to stand up and fight...and win. We can't turn back now. And we won't."
The election is in 6 weeks.
Al Qaeda in Iraq? Someone tell John Kerry.
"Group" kind of makes it sound like a bunch of neighbors getting together for a backyard barbeque."
Chechen terrorists are called "rebels." That sounds like James Dean's crowd, a rebellious gang of youths out of the Leave it to Beaver era.
"It was a group of Michael Moore Freedom Fighters."
Then all we have to do is cut off the Cheeseburger supply line.
May they boil in hot excrement.
Yes, you're right. "They are the Minutemen, the Revolution, and they will win!"
Barf bag at-the-ready Michael Moore spew.
"May they boil in hot excrement."
of PIGS!
I applaud the accuracy of your version of the story.
I felt much better reading it, and you must have felt better after having written it.
My heart goes out to the families of these poor people.
It really doesn't feel better to write it, and here's why: Too many Americans do not see the story that way. They see Abu Ghraib, they see 1000 dead US soldiers, they see countless Iraqi civilians dead and wounded. But like we were told somewhere some time ago, It's what you don't see that will kill you. Because we dwell among the willfully blind and ignorant (having had their minds and hearts conditioned by years of socialist, anti-American indoctrination) what we see, is not what enough Americans see. And, with an election coming up in a few weeks, let's pray...because these people vote and their candidate is equally blind.
