Senator John Kerry was given a stark warning yesterday that President George W Bush is an unorthodox genius at live television who will spurn a debate with his opponent and instead appeal directly to viewers in Thursday's presidential showdown.

No, No, no. It will be all Bush can do to avoid drooling and being propped up by Karl Rove underneath the podium.
Shucks. Who woulda thought.
After 6 years of preaching to everyone that he's the worlds greatest moron
I think they are trying to call him an idiot savant (and Algore and J. F'n Kerry are intellectuals).
But I thought Bush was an "idiot," Senator Kerry!
< DUh />
LOL, the liberals are so transparent. After years of calling President Bush an idiot and an imbecile, now he is an "unorthodox genius." LOL, right, guys, nice try.
He'll just get angry and lose control like Al Gore. Bush seems to have that effect on people.
By "he", I meant sKerry, of course.
The most encouraging thing I heard on this was Greenfield telling Imus this morning how viewers are going to see that Kerry isn't the uppercrust stiff he's portrayed as, but a friendly, engaging person. You can just picture Lurch tripping over himself to live up to Greenfield's description, and ending up looking like Bob from those Enzyte commercials.
Bush was an effective leader of business before government. It will be this skill that overpowers Kerry, who's debating savvy has been funded entirely on the taxpayer dime. If we got what we paid for by now, Kerry would have had Arab and Jew holding hands, personally explained and invented cold fusion, and somehow made Lyndon LaRouche at peace with himself and the nation. Instead, the Kerry pie we bought is all whipped cream and no pie. Thanks New England!
Maybe he can borrow Lamar Alexander's Flannel shirt?
After 6 years of preaching to everyone that he's (Bush) the worlds greatest moron
Yup & it's absolutely hysterical watching the kerryistas trying to lower expectations of their boy genius' debating performance.
lol. Good idea.
I like Lamar. Wish he would have gotten the nomination in 96. I certainly think he would have given Clinton a better run then Dole did. Oh well. He's a good Senator now.
I really don't think John Kerry will get angry in the way AlGore did...John Kerry, loon that he is, thinks he is soooo smart, he'll be able to defeat GW with his mere intellect.
I mean, did you see him "get mad" the last night of the Republican convention? What a joke. His passionate pleas sound like some country club regular griping about his favorite caddy being unavailable...he's upset, but he'll just spout off and then go on with his game.
Don't forget, he also has to be sitting on Cheney's lap!
All geniuses are unorthodox. Sheesh, I thought this guy was supposed to have a command of the English language.
Now come on, guys. You must admit that we on the right side are just a bunch of dumb, uneducated hickory nuts who spend our days falling off turnip trucks and cow tipping. We don't stand a chance against the brilliant and super-educated war hero, internationally acclaimed leader and man of the people, Senator Kerry. We should just give up now.
