"Hi. I'm John Kerry. I should be the next president because I think I have nicer hair than George Bush and I'm taller than he is. Other than that, can't think of any other reason. Other than I really want to be."

I know that a lot of us here on FR tend to look at every President Bush move, or every event that inures to his benefit, as being part of some grand strategery by the administration. However, that being said, could it be that the President's campaign has actually goaded Kerry into making fun of the President's height?

If Kerry carried himself with more grace he might be an imposing figure, but from the photos and video we see his height just makes him more awkward. Besides, I seem to recall that Little Big Man Ross Perot stole the show in many debates, so I'd say it's the guy with big ideas that wins the day.

So, not only has Kerry insulted millions of men that never went to Vietnam or served in the military by calling Bush and Cheney draft dodgers (and believe me, this is going to hurt him BAD in November).....

but he's also insulted every man that's shorter than 6' 4"?

This guy is a complete dipsh*t ! ! !

In Kerry's case, speaking of horses is not figurative.

"You know when your horse is headed down toward the waterfalls or when your horse is drowning, it's a good time to change horses in midstream," Kerry said.

Has anyone noticed that this is a paraphrase, maybe unconscious, of bin Ladin's famous words? I can't quote exactly, but it was to the effect that if men see a strong horse and a weak horse, they will choose the strong horse.

It's interesting that Kerry is drawing his words of proverbial wisdom from bin Ladin as well as traditional American election lore.

Sophmoric crap! Pretty stinking sad that at his age he still thinks that his height means a thing. I guarantee you that anyone worth his salt can stare that jack*ss down. Such a statement tells me he's not up to a face to face confrontation with a real man. "Bring it on!"

5 11 is the NORMAL size for a MAN. Kerry is abnormal.

"May I also suggest that we need a taller horse? We could get through deeper waters that way."

Now he's getting somewhere. This is the kind of bumper stick (B.S.) talk Demorats understand.

Size matters?

In poker terms, that means President Bush's pair beats Kerry's pair.

Hey Horseface! I'm 5'8" tall and I bet I could have you stammering within 3 minutes in a face to face debate, or if you like, I'd make you cry in less than 30 seconds man to man. Bring it on you pussy metro.

John Kerry, a 6-foot-4-inch Democrat, poked fun on Monday at George W. Bush, the 5-foot-11-inch Republican president for reportedly insisting that podiums be set far apart to offset his opponent's five-inch height advantage.

The Kerry camp insisted that the temperature be below 70 degree because Kerry sweats too much under studio lights and focus groups showed that "women don't like sweaters".

I can only think of one situation when another 5 inches makes a difference... bend over, America!

Kerry: My opponent obviously feels insecure about his measily 5'11" height

Bush: Yes, I feel insecure. Not only do you tower over me by a full 5 inches, you also have a better "tan" than I! (while bush holds up the the double quote symbol with his hands while saying "tan".)
