S 151 Enhance AMBER Alert bill Vote to pass a bill that would make it a crime to pander or solicit child pornography. It would require the pandering to be connected to material that had been determined to be obscene. Prosecutors would be required to show that a suspect acted with intent. The bill's pandering provision would make it a crime to present material "or purported material" that conveys the idea that a minor is engaging in sexual behavior.
