There's been a slow but maybe growing stream of articles up on Google News if you do a search under Kerry's new national security doctrine: The "Global Test." As of this writing, just 51 articles mentioning Kerry and the "Global Test" came up, but will it move into the mass news cycle (i.e. thousands of news articles)? The White House is already on this message which is good.

Sorry, late in the posting I tested the phrase Kerry+"Global test" and only got 51 articles thus far. There were a few other articles on Google News mentioning "global test" but in things not related to Kerry.
1) Is there an old copy of it floating around we can get our hands on?
2) Is it multiple choice or essay form?
3) Is the test written in French, German or English?
4) Who determines if we can retake the test?
5) Is it pass/fail or is it more like the SAT?

THAT is remarkable- I went to Google this morning and typed in "global test kerry"...and got zip, nada, nuttin. AMAZING how fast this has spread...I checked Google around 11ish Eastern
The more we mention global test, the more google picks up global.
ITs part of our global understanding of google. Did you know that the google algorithm makes these pages more relevant every time we mention global test?
For Limeys like me who missed the debate (it was on at 3am here) could you explain the context of this "Global test" remark? TIA.

Something about that if the U.S. deploys troops, our reasons must pass a "global test". So the E.U., China and the Middle East will tell the U.S. when its O.K. to use our troops.
