Did you pull that talking point off of the anti-producer and anti-consumer and anti-capitalist Sierra Club website?!

Read the Democrat platform THEY ARE FOR 100% AMNESTY!!!!

So is Bush and he WILL get his way, as he has proven many times before with his hold on the republican leadership in congress.

The best bet is a crippled, gridlocked Kerry dealing with a republican congress. If Bush loses, the GOP will know why and vote in the interest of their self-preservation, which means conservative (a no brainer given how far left Bush has taken the party), especially on this issue.

With all due respect, if John Kerry followed by Hillary Clinton is elected, none of you will have a country left to complain about anymore. Perhaps some do not really grasp what we are up against here with these ultra leftists. Borders won't matter much if these anti American socialists are in charge. Good grief!

After the election is over is the time to work on immigration through both the Legislature and the courts.

Why do we wait until after another election is over? Shouldn't a candidate put his agenda and platform up front, before any election?

Millions have been pouring over our borders since Bush's Dad was in office. He did nothing. After four years of President Bush being in office, they are now estimating that 3 million a year are now flooding in the country.

That's the equivalent of 3 *major* cities a year of illegal aliens into our country. What could possible be a larger domestic/security issue than this? My friends, this has gone far beyond the need for dishwashers and lawn mowers. This is completely out of control, and tumbling down range.

With upwards of 15 million already in country, and 3 million more a year, do the numbers for the next ten years. It's beyond belief.

This is a capitalist country that is the way it works, if businesses cannot pay their own bills they need to close, we are not supposed to be funding socialist work projects with taxpayer funds to make up the difference.

I think you nailed it there. To the "Republican" open borders crowd, it's all about "Privatizing profits; socializing costs."

Here's hoping that through some miracle you're not one of the taxpayers bearing the costs. I sure wish I wasn't.

I hear that the "You have nowhere else to go" paragraph only appears in the English-language part of the Bush-Cheney 2004 website.

"Bush,... has practically rolled out the red carpet along the Rio Grande for illegal aliens... "

Factually wrong. Since 9/11 security on the southern border has been immensely increased.

But let's just test your knowledge of the subject. Border security is typically measured by agents per mile of border. For example we have an average of one agent for every five miles on the Canadian border. What in your opinion should be the ratio for the Mexican border? Or do you just ignorantly attack President Bush?

What kind of country do they think they will get with Kerry as President?

I think if this issue was different --- and Bush wasn't catering to Vicente Fox's every demands, that Bush would be looking at huge landslides in this election. Most people are much more satisfied and secure with Bush's stance on terrorism than they are with Kerry. This shouldn't be even a close election --- Kerry really has little going for him, not even a hint of charm or personality. If Bush loses the election, it will be on this one issue --- and it's too bad that he can't see that.

Conservative-vote-against-flood-of=illegal-immigration bump

Bush can easily switch policies to match majority of citizens desires, or he can tear up the Republican party. His choice.

- and ordered the Border Patrol not to aprehend illegals inland because it offended illegal aliens.

- and has delegated residency documentation authority to Mexican diplomatic officers, allowing them to issue unlimited numbers of "Matricula" ID cards to illegals.

What A surprise...NOT! I've heard this for many years now, especially in the last 4 and Bush, I suspect, has a big surprise in store for him. He's gone so far left as to make the democrat alternative no longer a scary threat. This is no small feat.

IDIOTS to be doing this to the Prez at this crucial hour.

I understand your position.

But what about us? What about our country?

The equivilant of 3 major cities a year of illegal aliens are now pouring into our country. Besides amnesty, does President Bush have an immediate plan to deal with this after the election?

Will we be told again in four years to wait until after the election is over?

I see you pinged your official list of fellow anti-Bush freepers. How do the members of your group feel about being publicly outed?

How do you feel about being outed as an illegal immigration cheerleader?

You had your referendum in the Kolbe primary last month and you lost two to one. The vast majority of conservatives aren't fooled by the Buchanan/Tancredo hate propaganda.
