MIAMI -- A woman is suing Green Bay Packers fullback Najeh Davenport. She says he invaded her privacy by breaking into her dorm room and defecating in her closet.
Mary McCarthy sued yesterday in a state court in Miami.
Criminal charges were settled in October 2002 when Davenport agreed to perform community service. He denied breaking into the Barry University dormitory.
Police say they were told that Davenport entered a dorm room at the small Catholic university in suburban Miami in the early morning hours of April 1.
Mary McCarthy says she was asleep in the room. She told police she was startled awake by a strange sound and saw a man squatting in her closet. Police said the man, later identified as Davenport, had defecated in her laundry basket.
I dont get the fun in going and pooping in someones laundry basket.

More seriously, maybe he was very, very drunk--a couple of blood alcohol percentage points from coma. Some athletes have amazing physical vitality and can keep on moving around long after you and I would be so poisoned we'd be on life support. Not an excuse, though.

Davenport was a Miami college player when it happened. The article makes it sound like a he was a Green Bay Packer player.
Not defending the guy or the Packers, he was probably boozed up when he did it. Being a Miami player, she should be glad she was not sexually assaulted.
Football players have weird fecal fetishes. I heard of one college football guy that liked to sneak into the laundry room and #2 in the clothes drier of girls he didn't like. weird.
