I don't think so. I (as a musician) have learned to look at the news like I would a guitar amp. In this case, the guitar amp has but two tone controls - left and right. The MSM, almost without exception, has the left turned up to +5 and the right to -8.
The 'settings' for Fox News Channel are about +6 and +6, respectively.

I think what we're seeing with Fox is exactly what we see from the GOP, and it gets worse by the day: They're so sensitive to criticism, to anyone calling them names or insinuating that they're politically motivated, that they go overboard to prove they're not and wind up taking the liberal position. It's utterly idiotic, but I'm convinced that's what we're seeing.
For example, call a Republican a racist and watch what happens. Doesn't matter that there's NO evidence of such. Doesn't matter how untrue it is. Just make the charge and watch the entire party go into a frenzy. Eg. Trent Lott.
