"Sorry. You lose.

Godwin's Law: prov.

[Usenet] “As a Usenet discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one.” There is a tradition in many groups that, once this occurs, that thread is over, and whoever mentioned the Nazis has automatically lost whatever argument was in progress. Godwin's Law thus practically guarantees the existence of an upper bound on thread length in those groups. However there is also a widely- recognized codicil that any intentional triggering of Godwin's Law in order to invoke its thread-ending effects will be unsuccessful."

Need I spell out the obvious? Are you trolling here this evening? Oh, and the folks in Northern Idaho are chumps compared to the Nazi traditions of the Islamic movement. Looking at the recently posted pictures above this post, I find it odd that you could be so glib.

I hope no Jew ever goes to Egypt again.
Any Jewish tourist who goes there, is the stupiest person in history.

I just don't agree with blaming an entire religion for the actions of a few sick individuals. The blame should be put squarely on the shoulders of those that are carrying out these acts. Placing the blame on 'Islam' takes the blame away from the completely inhuman actions of these animals. Some guy puffing on a hookah in Turkey is not the problem.

Don't worry. Most Israelis learned, sadly, not to be naive about it today.

The ideology is not a "few sick individuals" - it is a mainstream ideology in the Islamic world. militant Islamic, a political/terrorist intepretation of Islam, has millions of followers.

If militant Islam is as strong as you say, Israel would be gone overnight. Israel has a population of approximately 6 million people. If all Muslims in the area believed in this crap and were willing to blow themselves up to make a point, Israel would be history. The fact that Israel still exists proves this is not true.

The reason Israel is on the map is because they are not successful in destroying it, and Israel has an edge over them in preventing their attacks, not because they do not constanty seek to murder all Israelis. Militant Islam surrounds Israel and you can be sure that if Israel ever fell, God forbid, the US would soon experience all the stuff that is targeting Israel. "First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people."

Also, the spread of militant Islam is not just about blowing up people. Its about converting people to their cause and establishing bases in countries. The US has its own militant Islamic base as well, within its society.

Sheer numbers my friend. If 'Muslims' wanted it gone, it would be. The point is that most Muslims do not agree with this crap. If all Muslims did, you wouldn't have them living peacefully within Israel and serving in the Israeli military.

Nope. If every single Arab country declared war on Israel and invaded it, Israel would still win. They've tried it before and lost. That is why they don't do it. When they think they have the edge, they will try again.

If all Muslims did, you wouldn't have them living peacefully within Israel and serving in the Israeli military.

Since 2000, over 60 Arabs in Israel who are citizens have been implicated in terror attacks mudering Israelis.

There is also an Islamic movement in Israel.

Most Muslims do not serve in the army, except Beduins and Druze (who aren't really traditional Muslims).

You have to agree, at least, that most (if not all) Muslim governments want Israel gone.

My point is that there are more than 60 Arabs living in Israel during this time. The popular perception in the US is that Jews and Arabs in Israel live in total isolation of each other. Nothing could be further from the truth. The vast majority live together, as neighbors, in peace.

Israeli Arabs are continued to be "Palestinianized" each and every year. Militant Islam is moving through their ranks.

wonder if this is a day of terror....

PARIS (Reuters) - A bomb has exploded in front of the Indonesian embassy in Paris before dawn today, injuring about 10 people lightly, French radio station Europe 1 reports.

Windows in nearby buildings were shattered by the blast in the posh 16th arrondissement in the western part of the city, it said, quoting firemen at the scene.

"It was caused by a package bomb placed just in front of the embassy," the radio's reporter on the scene said.

"The explosion was quite strong ... several vehicles were damaged and windows in neighbouring apartments were shattered."

Some of the injured were embassy personnel, the reporter said.

French police refused to comment on the news.

Israeli holiday makers walk along the road after crossing from Taba, Egypt, into the Israeli Red Sea resort of Eilat Friday Oct. 8, 2004. Thirty-eight Israelis are missing after three explosions at Egyptian resorts in the Sinai Peninsula, a senior army official said Friday. Rescue workers know of 19 bodies, including at least seven that are still under the rubble of the Taba Hilton, near the Israeli border.

I really don't think there will be peace in the Middle East until the barbarians have been soundly beaten or until they learn that peace is more prosperous and desirable.

There has always been violence against Israelis and wars since it's modern creation in 1948.

The reason Israel had the Sinai and Gaza was due to the Arabs starting a war and having their rears kicked but good.

Israel kept those lands to provide a buffer against them and their enemies.

The Golan Heights was kept so that they had the upper land to keep an eye on their enemies to the north of them and to provide a better defensive position in the event of another invasion from that direction.

Even if Israel gave up all the lands they won fair and square after the unprovoked attacks, the Arabs would still be committing terrorism and murdering Jews and anyone else they could get their hands on.

If every other race/nationality/religion were to suddenly disappear, the killing would go on. They'd just concentrate on each other.

''If all Muslims did, you wouldn't have them living peacefully within Israel and serving in the Israeli military''

The muslim and christian Arabs living in Israel are not obliged to serve in the IDF {most Druse and Bedouin do serve}, I know of only one a {christian} arab.

''Sheer numbers my friend. If 'Muslims' wanted it gone, it would be''

They've being trying for fifty odd years and not succeded,
and todays outrage brings them no closer.

A general view shows the damaged Hilton hotel behind the Israeli/Egypt border crossing after a bomb blast in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Taba October 8, 2004. At least 19 people were killed and 38 were missing in bombings at three Egyptian resorts, an Israeli army general said on Friday.

Reuters is not posting a pic from the damaged side!
