My POV is: When all of the terrorists are removed from Chechnya by Putin, then at that point, if the people of Chechnya want independence, they should get independence. Don't you agree??

As has been posted here over and over, they had independence and turned their country into a portal to Hades. It took more than a few terrorists to do this. At the time all decent people left and went to southern Russia. What is left can safely be eliminated.
