If he had not had relations with with Ms. Centozone until after he'd given up on his wife, that might be understandable BUT only if he undertook to get a divorce (granted automatically following three years of incapacity). It is absurd that he can still claim that he considers himself to be Terri's husband when he has openly stated plans to marry another woman.
Such conduct goes far beyond cheating and represents nothing less than a complete renunciation of wedding vows. While such renunciation could be considered understandable it should not be without the obvious consequences.
This is why the government needs to protect women's bodys from their husbands. She needs to be independent of her husband. She needs to be treated as an individule. The law should not give a husband the right to decide if a wife will live or die. Husbands are NOT God!
I pray everyday that God will provide justice for Terri. I pray that the HINO will suffer the same pain he has caused the Schindlers and Terri. He should fear, for God is a Just God, and is the God of the helpless. He hears our prayers, and unless Schiavo turns from his sin, he is in a whole lotta trouble.

Wedding vows are meaningless in most USA courts today, but I guess we could say that only George W. Greer (himself divorced) and his cohorts Demers and Bairds strongly believe in the sanctity of "I do."!!!!! At least for poor Terri, but probably not for anyone else
