With any luck, they won't be able to decide which shoes to wear to the polls.

"The election just isn't of much interest to them," ... "They have other things to do. This may be the first time they paid attention to the election." If they have "other things to do" why not do them and leave politics to those who care about it? Is a presidential election suppose to be just another "event" like the Super Bowl?
It's really sickening to see politicians pandering to this group who haven't a clue about what's going on, have no core values, and vote on the basis of how they feel at any particular moment.
These people are pathetic.

Well, its so hard. You know, like when the house is on fire, do I leave or stay? Who knows these things?
I'm surprised that these undecided idiots can dress themselves in the morning.
I dare say that John Kerry could declare that if elected he would bomb Washington D.C. and kill everyone's puppy and we would still have the same number of undecideds. Frankly, I don't think a lot of these geniuses vote.

Do you think more thinking-people will vote for Bush than Kerry?

my mother has made her decision: she will vote for bush ( holding her nose ). she came to this conclusion this weekend. it will be her first vote for a republican presidential candidate in her life. she's 64 years old, by the way.

"It's because the race is so close, they can garner this attention."
How else could they get interviewed? As in the Friday debate, the entire audience supposedly made up of "undecideds". It must give them a chance to feel important for once in their lives.

Sorry to say, campaigns are all about convincing and persuading the Ignorant Masses unless you're a Rat, in which case you simply lie to them.
