To the war cabinet, al Qaeda was no surprise. National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice says the administration had been at work on a plan to strike bin Ladens organization well before Sept. 11.
The president said, You know Im tired of swatting at flies, I need a strategy to eliminate these guys, recalls Rice.

Thank you!
This is one of the greatest graphic arts on Kerry that I have seen.
I will post here where appropriate, and it will be sent out to my email lists.

I think the question here is 'will John Kerry approve a new appropriations bill that includes new flyswaters for our troops in Iraq or will they have to make due with their spitballs'

I'm sure Leon Klinghoffer (sp?) was quite annoyed by terrorism.
For anyone who doesn't remember, he was the 69 year old wheelchair-bound man shot and thrown overboard when terrorists hijacked the Achille Lauro back in the 70s. I still get all teary when I read about him. If only we'd taken a hard stance against terrorism then, instead of letting it mostly fester for nearly thirty years.
