I don't think so. They're going to order OPEC not to sell it to the U.S. market? The price of oil will crash with the glut. In any case, we only import about 15% more than we could produce even without ANWR.

About the only real vulnerability I can think of is in Strategic Minerals. That's worth consideration. But economic sanctions? Not likely. Our economy tanks, so do theirs, and more to the point, so do our contributions to the UN, which amount to 25% of its operating budget.
