And in thousands of communities and 100's of thousands of neighborhoods,

you think you hear BETTER in the USA???

And, many learn to speak English virtually flawlessly. Which is more than I can say for many ?most? high school graduates here in the USA.

Actually, the kinds of errors you used in your illustration

tend to come from their Native English Speaking American's exaggerating the pronunciation and the Chinese picking up on each nuance of sound because they must do so to catch the tones in Chinese.

COPYING THEIR NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING TEACHERS

TOOOOO CLOSELY--hearing the teacher better than the teacher hears themselves.
