Has anyone seen this quote or know where it came from? Curious.

ALARMING QUOTE FROM JOHN KERRY

I FOUND THIS QUOTE FROM KERRY. I HOPE NONE OF YOU WERE GOING TO VOTE
FOR
HIM, BUT IF YOU WERE, THINK ABOUT WHAT HE IS SAYING. ESPECIALLY THE
LAST
LINE, "RECLAIM OUR COUNTRY FROM THE CHURCH GOERS".

HE WAS AT THE VIEWING OF REAGAN'S BODY IN CALIFORNIA.
"This moment in Simi Valley is a moment of truth," Kerry said. "Not
just for
my campaign, but for the future o f my party as well. For some of us,
this
may be our only chance to confirm the demise of the man who is solely
responsible for turning the American people away from liberal
philosophy. As
Democrats, we need to put small differences aside and be certain that
this
man is truly gone. Next, we must reclaim our country from the
churchgoers,
the middle America folks and the uneducated conservative masses."

Please pass this on, for the future of free America.

I would question the validity of the source for the quote and suggest a bit more research, unless it is a very reliable source.

It sounds like an 'Urban Legand' thing.

That's a fake quote from a spoof news article. If you really want to hit Kerry in the naughty bits, just quote his very real statement in which he referred to Reagan's time in the Oval Office as "eight years of moral darkness" (while Kerry himself gave aid and comfort to the terrorist/communist Sandinistas in Nicaragua).

People do not speak like this. This obviously is a contrived hoax. Reread it yourself keeping this in mind, and then drop it. I prefer truth to propaganda.
