I am not stating this as 100% fact but apparently a bomb was discovered this afternoon on the rail tracks in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I wouldn't post this unless I trusted the source. He is a police officer out of Orlando himself and said in confidence that it was found in a suitcase.
Has anyone heard about this locally and if so..what buildings would be of special target in that region to plant a bomb on the tracks? Is this a transportation issue or do trains run through the city past a major building?
Again...this is fresh info told to me minutes ago and it was told to me only because he got the info himself earlier today.
WTFIIWNC?
??
Yikes....
Just did a mapquest check...there are govt. buildings along this line where it is to have been found.
Just emailed a friend living in NC. Wondered if she heard about it.
Damn terrorists!
AL Qieda????
AL Qieda????
Nothing highlighted in the Charlotte news outlets.
What about Amtrak? Does it run in the area?
What kind of bomb? Pipe bomb? Something more serious?
remember the guy picked up video taping the Charlotte Financial districts?
SEND-TO-DRUDGEREPORT.COM
What a nuisance
Is this an Amtrak line?
Not to mention the Hezbullah (sp?) cell that was busted in NC.
Nothing else was said..other than it was a bomb found in a suitcase and it was removed but no media was on site. I swear on my son I am not making this up.
It appears all local govt.offices would run through the tracks as well as some state.
