It seems that you can no longer be safe while participating in rioting, arson and vandalism.....I can see a day in the not too distant future when some uppity "judge" will even have the termerity to waggle a finger & "tsk!" at someone for kidnap, rape, and murder.

What is this country coming to? It seems that you can no longer be safe while participating in rioting, arson and vandalism.....The thing I was pointing out was the statement by Mumbles Menino not about whether this is a justified killing by the BPD.
As for shooting a young woman in the head from what sounds like point blank range with one of these shotguns.....maybe she did have it coming but lets wait and see if she was carrying a deadly 12 oz or 40 oz container first.
