who owns the rights to this short film? how did Sinclair get it, did they buy the rights? and did that give them the right to carve it up. they should have just asked for donations, and bought a private channel slot on direcTV, and shown it there.
now that the film is being streamed (who posted it there?), they ought to try and get ifilm.com to pick it up too.
