You'd think with all his wife's money, this joker could buy a clue.

Snip:

"Although Kerry and the Democrats are blaming the Bush administration for losing the ammo, calling it "one of the great blunders" of the Iraq war, recent reports by NBC show that the material was gone from that locale when the 101st Airborne Division rolled into Iraq to depose of Saddam Hussein."

No missing ammo, except in Kerry's brain.

Not only was the 380 tons of HE gone, so were the WMDS. Probably on the same convoy to the Bekaa while the left and panty wearing right delayed the war.

Am I blind? Why don't they mention in the headline that the story was bogus?

The truth has never mattered to Kerry when he can use the NYT as a willing propaganda peddler.

How could anyone want someone so easily duped, so easily led, someone who so easily falls for rumor and lies as POTUS? Particularly someone who many claim as the smartest man on the face of the earth. < /sarcasm>

Has anyone in the Kerry campaign seen the news at all?

Oh- I forgot.

If it's not in the NY Slimes, they don't know about it.

Kerry is flailing. More evidence that his internal polls show him losing.

Ok, someone high up in the Bush campaing, i.e. Cheney, needs to forcefully comment on this and set things straight, so that the MSM will pick up on it. This is driving me to a coronary this morning! Argh!

They hung the whole election on this late hit. Have no choice now but to ride her into the ground. Stand back, watch their crash.

Since Kerry has not corrected the story (even in the face of NBC's first hand evidence) we need to attack him as being either the last informed or a deliberate liar.

Neither is a desirable trait in a potential president.

It does not matter whether it is true or not. Kerry will repeat it endlessly, as he does countless other untruths, as long as it hurts the President. He can do so safely for the same reason all Democrats can publicly lie: the media will assist them, cover for them, and lie right along with them, while attacking the motives of any Republican who dares to protest.

Democratic party members must be experiencing pathological embarrassment [which may help explain their intense anger and violent behavior of late] after throwing their blind support to do-nothing traitorous charlatans who seem afflicted with a tourette's-like compulsion to spout easily disproved lies.

U.N. Security Council spokeswoman Melissa Fleming told The Associated Press. "We do not know what happened to the explosives or when they were looted."

The IAEA left Iraq in 1998, and when it returned in 2002, it confirmed that 35 tons of HMX was missing. HMX and RDX are the key components in plastic explosives.

United Nations was told February 2003 that Iraq had declared that "HMX previously under IAEA seal had been transferred for use in the production of industrial explosives, primarily to cement plants as a booster for explosives used in quarrying."

Now we find an NBC correspondent who was with the 101st when they rolled onto these sites that was supposed to have all these missing explosives and the cubbard was bare.

First: The 380 tons of HDX and RDX weren't there when our troops got to Al'QuaQa (SP?)
Second: Even if it were there, it's not ammo. Its raw unprocessed explosive powder that has to be packaged into shells, rockets, bombs, etc. and fitted with fuses and igniters before it can be used in the field, such as contraband artillery shells are now employed as IEDs.
The story is bogus; it has no facts, no logic, it's not a real scenario.
