"The forum was held on July 22 at Denvers North High School. The school was recently the focus of a national controversy for displaying the Mexican flag in its classrooms.....Since March, First Data/Western Union has sponsored immigration panels across the nation. First Data ignored complaints made prior to the Denver forum that participants did not represent both sides of the issue. Panelists at the Denver forum included Thomas Saenz of the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF); Lisa Duran of Derechos Por Todos (Rights For Everyone); Juan Salgado, President of the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights; Robert de Posada of The Latino Coalition; Raul Hinosa, UCLAs North American Integration and Development Center; and Roberto Ramirez, Founder of the Jesus Guadalupe Foundation.
First Data CEO Charles Fote announced in April that $800,000 of the Empowerment Fund would be used to create a Denver pilot program to support and increase the number of Latino business owners.
I say it's time to dust off the 'ole Loyality Oath, and circulate it in Denver!!!.

When it says the classroom was famous for displaying the Mexican flag, do they mean the classroom dispayed the flag IN PLACE of the American one? That must be the situation.
It's infuriating on its own but also infuriating that more people aren't also infuriated by it. Blah Blah Blah. Why do I even have to say this?

Western Union is racking up big money in transfer fees wiring payments from illegals back to Mexico.

You have no idea how many millions of dollars are transferred to Mexico each and every morning of the workweek through your friendly local United States Postal Service.
HINT: It's the SECOND LARGEST SOURCE OF INCOME for Mexico after their oil revenues.

We need to tax the heck out of these transfers. Here is taxing opportunity worthy of the name...the money is not staying here, is doing nothing for American investment or American business when it leaves. Tax it heavy, tax these transfers high. Why not 20%? And, when they start sending cash and getting it stolen, just say..."So, you've got something against illegal activity...?" Then send the revenue to the hosptials who have to treat the illegals for free.

It's all about political correctness --- you can't have a Confederate flag --- that's bad because that's an American group but you can remove the American flag and disply a foreign flag any time you wish. You often see Mexican flags here --- and not only that --- you see the Aztlan flag and symbols popping up everywhere.

Yes --- that's an awful lot of untaxed money going out --- not just the illegal wages where no Social Security, Workman's Comp or income tax had to be paid --- but also the billions in drug trafficking money.
I guess our government can always just print more money --- imagine the inflation we'd be dealing with if all this money stayed in the USA --- we're just the mint for the Mexican government now.

This is exactly why we should put either a large wall up or mine the border. Illegals are violent and not to be trusted.

Wow, never saw that RUP 1980 photo with the rotting pig we know as Arafat before.
We'll have another terrorist "down" in less than 24 hours. More to go.

One of my first grasps at understanding how rooted internationalism is when I saw the UN flag placed higher/above the US flag, then our state flag below it in our student union at college. I complained and was told that NO ONE complained before (like that made it OK). I persisted they remove the UN flag, then even equal or level. They said that sounded OK. Nothing happened and I never did any follow up complaints.

Denver?? Thought it had to be in Los Angeles. The Atzlan crowd is big here in El-Lay, and they're getting bolder.
Did you see the comment from the former Senator? This is typical of the mindset:
Former Senator Polly Baca and (presumed) attorney. Referring to the attacker, not the victim: "I will assure you that she will have adequate representation."
