General Clark on Bush's Missing Explosives

General Wesley Clark released the following statement today in response to President Bush's remarks today about the missing explosives in Iraq:

“Today George W. Bush made a very compelling and thoughtful argument for why he should not be reelected. In his own words, he told the American people that “…a political candidate who jumps to conclusions without knowing the facts is not a person you want as your Commander in Chief.”

“President Bush couldn’t be more right. He jumped to conclusions about any connection between Saddam Hussein and 911. He jumped to conclusions about weapons of mass destruction. He jumped to conclusions about the mission being accomplished. He jumped to conclusions about how we had enough troops on the ground to win the peace. And because he jumped to conclusions, terrorists and insurgents in Iraq may very well have their hands on powerful explosives to attack our troops, we are stuck in Iraq without a plan to win the peace, and Americans are less safe both at home and abroad.”

“By doing all these things, he broke faith with our men and women in uniform. He has let them down. George W. Bush is unfit to be our Commander in Chief.”

Let's see how many of these dolts we can get on the record spouting their mouths off before they are proven to be the craven liars they are.

I really do hate to say this about a man who served his country,

on balance he DID NOT serve his Country. He betrayed our great Republic's principles. He did more harm in command than any good. Heck, he wanted to bomb the Russians and likely cause a nuclear war. The guy is a wacko and should be worm food.

This coming from a guy who meets with Madonna when he's vying for candidacy. Like we really trust his judgement.

Democratic presidential candidate Wesley Clark reversed an earlier opinion that he likely would have voted for war in Iraq, telling a cheering college-town crowd the invasion was "a major blunder" he never would have supported.

"It's not a way to solve problems and resolve disputes. It's very difficult to change people's minds when you are bombing them and killing them."

Iraqi citizen after liberation.

"I'm a soldier. I've laid on the battlefield bleeding." - General Wesley Clark

And people in Iraq have sat in dungeons being tortured General Clark. Make no mistake, they are glad to see us!

Gen. Clark reminds me of what John Kerry would be like if he had achieved high rank. What a slimeball.

Klinton sycophant. Ask Generals' Shelton & Franks what they think about Wes Clark. The answer wouldn't be for family ears.

Wesley (Ret. Gen) Clark? Wasn't it he who almost caused WWIII while in the Balkans? I recall a British general told him to go to hell. Isn't he also almost universally disliked by his military peers?

Clark says he would have found UBL by now, but they still haven't found Radovan Karadzic form the Kosovo "war". He did bomb the Chinese Embassy though.

Wesly Clark should hang his head and stay out of site. After all, he bombed thousands of homeless refuges, and homes of civilians, plus he bomb the entire wrong site, and almost caused a world war with the Russians.

I don't think too many people listen to Wesley Clark, let alone believe him.

I'm sorry, I had to run out and get some tissue, my aligator tears became so plentiful they almost shorted my computer!

Clark, NATO Commander during the Clinton administration, fired during the Clinton administration. "Old soldiers never die, they just bray."
