Yes, dems control the show at the capital, but Arnald was elect because of the driver licenses for illegals bill that signed by Grey Davis. ALSO... Bush wouldn't be fighting so hard for reelection if it wasn't for the Mexican Guest Worker Program he proposed earlier this year. I live in and I have written to Henry Waxman's office and actually had a sit down chat with him about socialized medicine. He was "nice" too, so what? He went and stabbed me in the back after his "nice" talk anyway. That is their business, most of our local politicians respond to their districts in a polite way.

Drieir filed a complaint against them and Clear Channel with the election commission to shut them up. The complaint was read over the air. That was Clear Channel's way of responding to the complaint. Drieir tried some heavy handed arm twisting to prevent them from "airing their spew".
