The CIA in deep Qaqaa
WorldNetDaily.com ^ | October 30, 2004 | Dr. Jack Wheeler

Posted on 10/30/2004 4:41:17 AM PDT by Ginifer

Since new CIA Director Porter Goss blocked the October Surprise agency left-wingers had prepared against Bush (discussed in "Porter At The Pass" last week), they desperately rigged another one, working with Mohammed ElBaradei at the U.N.

What nobody is focusing on in Al Qaqaagate is that the CIA is behind it. The anti-Bush lefties are now known as the "Rogue Weasels" at Langley, and they are frantic to do whatever they can to elect Kerry. They cooked up this entire phony "tons of missing explosives" scandal, sweet-talked the head of the U.N.'s nuclear inspection agency, ElBaradei, to carry their water and leak it to CBS – which drooled at the opportunity to spring the story on election eve. They then briefed Kerry and prepared his instant assault on Bush once the surprise broke.

But some clever pro-Bush Langley folks, seeing they couldn't spike the story at CBS, sweet-talked the New York Times into jumping the gun, spoiling the surprise and giving the Bush campaign time to tear the phony scandal apart. Then they leaked it to Drudge, whose website promptly blew the lid off the whole scam.

The Al Qaqaa scandal (the site of the "missing" explosives in Iraq is named Al Qaqaa – isn't that just too beautiful?) becomes Al Qaqaagate, and Kerry ends up looking like the opportunist fool he is, so clueless he doesn't realize he's accusing American soldiers in Iraq of "incredible incompetence" rather than Bush.

This was the last gasp of the Rogue Weasels. Porter's Purge is coming – upwards of 80 Bush-hating left-wing Kerry stooges are going to be fired at the CIA in November. Looks like the pro-America guys are going to be running the Company once again.

Al Qaqaagate

Okay, al-Qaqaa is stupid enough...let append the ever-popular "gate" suffix to make it even more unreadable.

*cringe*

President Bush has again been reminded of his mistake not to fire ALL Clinton hold overs.

I hope so.

Not too long ago, I suggested that the Iraqi prison scandal was manipulated by anti-Bushites inside the CIA and another poster accused me of being a conspiracy theorist.

Time will tell...

I hope this is true. The evil Dums and their fellow travelers at the CIA have done enormous damage to our safety. But expect a rash of anti-American books from the commie symps and Dum shills when they get the boot.

Why would CIA prefer Kerry? Kerry has been trying to cut their budget by $billions and actually get rid of the whole agency for years.

That doesn't make much sense for CIA, even if they are at odds with the Bush Administration.

From a 1970 article in The Harvard Crimson, John Kerry: A Navy Dove Runs for Congress:

He [Kerry] supports a volunteer Army, "if and only if we can create the controls for it. You're going to have to prepare for the possibility of a national emergency, however." Kerry said that the United Nations should have control over most of our foreign military operations. "I'm an internationalist. I'd like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations."

"On other issues, Kerry wants "to almost eliminate CIA activity. "

This, coupled with his wanting to cut the CIA budget doesn't make Kerry a friend of the CIA.

Just a friend of a few people in the CIA. That's bad enough.

Kerry also openly proposes to raise taxes on wealthy people, yet the wealthy as a class almost overwhelmingly prefer Kerry when polled.

Kerry is an anti-defense liberal who will NEVER prosecute a war on terror with the vigor of Bush... plus he is a staunch globalist who has never criticized the UN - a bastion of antisemitism- yet American Jews, whose throats would be collectively cut in a millisecond by al Qaeda, plan to vote for Kerry in overwhelming numbers.

So it is impossible for many of us to understand the logic thought processes of Kerry supporters who will be adversely affected by a Kerry presidency, including the second tier bureaucrats in those government agencies against which Kerry has an 20 year long hostile voting record.

If Saddam didn't have any WMD, which the whole world said were there before the war, why was he blocking the inspectors at every point?? He never gave them unlimited access to all sites at anytime as he was supposed to. Plus he was given 100 last chances before we went in, after 18 resolutions, don't you think he woulda moved them? We didn't have to prove he had them, he had to prove he didn't have them.

So according to liberals, now these 380 tons of explosives are easily move-able and now missing. But WMD's which the whole world said were there before the war, are not there now, were not moved, and were never there, and Bush lied. And according to liberals, Bush is negligent for not doing enough to prevent 9-11, but a reckless warmonger for taking out Saddam, because Saddam didn't have any WMD's, but he did have highly explosive conventional weapons which are now missing.

That argument doesn't square..

Kerry also openly proposes to raise taxes on wealthy people, yet the wealthy as a class almost overwhelmingly prefer Kerry when polled.

There is a simple answer here. The mega-rich, i.e., the Kennedys, the Heinz-Kerrys, Rockefellers, etc., by and large, derive their income from dividends, not wages. Dividends are not taxed at the same rate as wages. This is how TerAAAAsa gets away with paying a scant 12% on her income, while successful working Americans, mostly small business owners, pay almost triple that amount, not to mention all the "hidden" taxes. What sKerry has proposed is an increase in the top marginal income brackets from wages by eliminating the Bush tax cuts. This would not affect dividends. sKerry would probably raise the Capital Gains tax rate back to 20% as well. This means small business owners, that is those who employ about 80% of our workforce, would be hit the hardest under a sKerry administration. Don't get me wrong, I'm not supporting sKerry, but given this, if you were mega rich, wouldn't you support sKerry too?

One thing is for sure, if sKerry is elected and these sorts of tax policies are enacted the economy is certain to slow down and government tax receipts will also go down. Then, sKerry will go out and say that there isn't enough money and the rest of the American workers will be taxed and the mega rich will sit back, sipping lattes while the rest of us try to make ends meet.

Great news, but I will believe it when I see it.

Unfortunately, we have people in the Agency and at State who have built their careers on containment and appeasement policies. Some may have manuscripts ready for the publisher upon retirement. Others may have job offers from Saudi-run Arabist foundations and think tanks. Clientitis is a contagious disease, IMO.

The average voter thinks the CIA and State are populated by patriots. To quote them against the POTUS is powerful. It is just like the way all the Clintonista flakcatchers for Kerry continuously cite the AP as a credible source when pushing one or another anti-Bush story. The truth is not out there.

I fear that after the election, these fired CIA agents and managers will sue, claiming political pressure and making it look like the Administration is acting in a fascist manner. I fear a similar tack from the NAACP as the FBI uses Bond's attacks on the POTUS to change their tax status from tax exempt due to political activity.

It was never an option, IMO, for the administration to purge the Clintonistas in the first term. Because of Algore's successful efforts to make the 2000 election seem illegitimate, the administration would have been crucified in the media. Now, the media has made itself less than credible and the Donk tricks are being exposed. Combined with a solid win, a popular vote in favor of W and some pickups in Congress, it may be possible in the second term.

However, it will be used as a basis for the left to instigate civil unrest.

You are assuming these "Rogue Weasels" are political appointees, who can be dismissed with changes in administrations. Not so, these "Rogue Weasels" are career employees who have been doing damage for literally decades. They have beeen extremely difficult to root out, although now may be our best shot at being finally rid of them, permanently...
