TEL-AVIV, October 30 (Itar-Tass) - Palestinian leader Yaser Arafat, who was taken violently ill earlier this week, might have been affected by a slow-action poison, Israeli Army radio said quoting unnamed Palestinian sources.
While taking a course of treatment in France, Arafat will have tests to identify the presence of poison in his blood.
Investigation has been launched into the activity of everyone who had access to Arafat’s meals, the radio said.
