IF this poll (and "IF" is a pretty big word) then I just don't see how W can lose.
Grazie molto.
This is an anomaly according to Katy and Tim Russert.

Then my hopes are dashed!
This is unscientific but Eleonore Clift on Fox News (formerly fair and balanced) looks like she lost her last friend and is about to cry! :)
Tim Russert is an anomaly. :)

They haven't figured out yet that the entire Kerry campaign is an anomaly.

But, it's "still a statistical dead heat"
Ha Ha Ha
Enjoying their pained expressions is a very acceptable form of boycott breaking.
I meant to say, "If this poll is correct", then I just don't see how W can lose.
OK! That's the stuff!
I am not a poll addict... I can quit at any time...
Now excuse me while I head on over to RealClearPolitics to update the electoral map for the twentieth time this morning...

Newsweek
Updated: 12:27 p.m. ET Oct. 31, 2004Oct. 30 - After months of the tightest presidential election contest in recent memory, a new NEWSWEEK poll suggests momentum may be moving toward President George W. Bush. As the bitter campaign enters its final days, against the eerie backdrop of a surprise appearance by Osama Bin Laden, Bushs lead is still within the polls margin of error, but larger than last week. If the election were held today, 50 percent of likely voters would cast ballots for Bush and 44 percent for the Democrat, Sen. John Kerry. (Ralph Nader would receive 1 percent.) That compares to a Bush lead last week among likely voters of 48 percent to Kerry's 46 percent.
How much is the bin Laden tape affecting voters?
I was watching w/the mute on to see what her expression would be and I admit she did look defensive (chin raised high and that death stare) and I saw her gulp a couple of times. But she always looks sour.
50-44 matches yesterdays poll. They said 'new Newsweek poll'. They had other new polls from today up when they said this but didn't have NW up. Maybe didn't change from yesterday. I don't know. Just saying what they said...'new'

Would Tim say it was an anomaly if it were Kerry out in front 50 to 44?
...and to think that Evan Thomas (Newsweek editor), knowing this information, still predicted Kerry would win when asked by Imus this morning.
