Good morning, freepers. As you may already know, this is where we place links to other Terri threads at Free Republic and other breaking news about Terri Schindler-Schiavo.

In addition, this is a place to meet and plan ways to use grassroots activism to help Terri's Fight.

If you are a newbie to Terri's Fight, I urge you to visit http://www.terrisfight.org where you can subscribe to their newsletter, can get up to speed on the court cases and the very long struggle.

As far as what can Free Republic do for Terri's Fight, in the November Dailies Thread (here), please consider joining us.

The pay isn't very good lol but it is rewarding to help Terri nonetheless. Terri's life has as much value as anyone else's. The right to die movement needs a counter-balance. That freepers, is where we come in. TO JOIN TERRI'S FREEPERS, I would ask that newbies and old guard Terri freepers do a post to join us under our new name: TERRI'S FREEPERS.

Terri starts out apparently asleep. A doctor wakes her to start his tests.

Doctor: Terri. Open your eyes up...

Terri: (Startled at hearing her name. She starts moving her mouth and fluttering her eyes, like a person who is just waking up)

Doctor: Open your eyes, Terri open your eyes

Terri: (slowly at first, Terri struggles to open her eyes, then turns toward the doctor, and opens her eyes a normal amount)

Doctor: There you go, good.

Terri: (then, either to show off(?) or wanting to perform well, she leans further forward toward the doctor, looks straight at him and opens her eyes as WIDE AS SHE CAN. >> Note the WRINKLES ACROSS HER FOREHEAD caused by her also RAISING HER EYEBROWS as high as possible )

Doctor: [now obviously impressed] GOOD!! GOOD JOB! GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY! Good Job.

It's in today's www.sptimes.com. Everett Rice supposedly? qualified and ran unopposed. Check out today's St. Pete Times re: Rice, new kid on the block. HE'S ALSO AN ATTORNEY which was news to me. I think he's going up there purposely to spike any new disability laws. The salary is only $30,000. Why would a 61 year old former Sheriff want to go to Tallahassee for 30K? What are the perks or is it the euthanasia protection plan?

Target date of your next Greer/Schiavo article about Greer's affidavits and other documentation?

Given the independence of all AG offices to deem matters "discretionary", what specifically are Floridians concerned about Terri able to do (politically, or even better, legally) to ensure that a vigorous criminal prosecution is pursued; i.e., is any one out of the four possible ways to remove Greer better for Floridians to initiate over the other three?

Here in California, a private Californian citizen is statutorily permitted to initiate an action if the California Attorney General declines to take on an issue. If such an option is available for Floridians, here's hoping someone will step up to the plate.

That last update about Terri's condition is such a wonerful little story about how she interacts with her father's teasing.
I wish the world could hear this story. Everyone would know she is not in a PVS condition, but a living, feeling person. She definitely has a personality.

I hope all who are concerned for Terri's welfare will consider passing the hat to help finance the expenditures and costs necessary for the Empire Journal to complete its exposé of Judge Greer, to hopefully, resoundingly, successfully and finally curtail Michael Schiavo's sordid quest.

My husband and I funded the excellent article "Schiavo Case Judge Greer Could Be Removed by Executive Order of Gov. Bush" at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1281172/posts. We did what we could, and are tapped out for now. The Empire Journal's quality of research is known and respected by many of you. We believe this may be the last available avenue and best way to free Terri from this macabre predicament.

At the Forum at St. Petersburg campus of USF, Greer got put on the spot by the moderator about if he was or was not legally blind. Greer said "no" but afterwards, a gentlemen who just happens to be from the Right to Life organization asked Greer what that question was about. Greer said to the fellow "Well, I am visually impaired."

At the same event, I ended up standing directly across from Greer's wife. She said something like "what kind of question was that? Besides, IT'S NOT NICE TO PICK ON PEOPLE'S DISABILITIES." Two of us heard Mrs. Greer say this. If it's not nice to pick on people's disabilities, WHY ARE THEY PICKING ON TERRI, INCLUDING TORTURING HER, EMOTIONALLY ABUSING HER PARENTS AND TRYING TO KILL HER TWICE TO DATE?

Greer finally had to admit his diagnosis which was "pale optic nerve". He admitted that to the Tampa Tribune.

IMO, he had a duty to inform the judicial qualifications commission if he had any thing that may impair his ability to fulfill his duties. THE JUDICIAL QUALIFICATION COMMISSION doesn't seem concerned that when Greer says he saw the evidence that it is just another lie because Greer cannot see and has a driver. I have heard that GREER tells the parties he cannot see if he for their side. If not on their side, the party will never know that Greer has a visual impairment affecting looking at evidence, sizing up witnesses, even looking at GUARDIANSHIP PLANS OR COMPLEX ACCOUNTINGS. This means nothing to the JQC. And, yet this man has the power to kill another human being with the stroke of a pen.

New footage of Terri is GOING TO BE ON LOCAL TELEVISION TONIGHT. WTSP Channel 28, ABC. They do have an archive on line. It would be nice for the attorneys to RECORD THE NEW FOOTAGE AND PUT IT UNDER GREER'S NOSE SO THAT HE CAN SEE FOR HIMSELF ten inches from his nose that Terri's not PVS.

Would he still find for Michael? Of course he would because Greer's made up his mind that "nobody's gonna feed that girl."

I don't have a Let Terri Live t-shirt but my car is full of big signs of all manner and style. I like my Terri's Angels sign the best and recently, one I made with big bad wolves on it who are playing god. I'm looking forward to seeing Terri on tv tonight at 11. If they archive it at wtsp, we can all see it. INCLUDING GOVERNOR BUSH, EVERY SENATOR OR REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES.

ABC is doing a great thing tonight. I doubt they would show bad footage of her because Terri is really doing well.
