Oh thanks Jackie!! I hadn't heard that. I still wish the Judge had listened to the warnings about #6. IF it turns out I'm wrong about #6, I'll gladly eat crow!! However, I don't think I am. Can you believe CNN has Justin Falconer on. WHO wants to hear that LOSERS opinion?????? NOBODY!!

I think he did it also, but I sure wish I was on the jury to be able to hear ALL and see ALL that the jurors are hearing, seeing.
Did you see those pictures Neenah made a link to of Scott and Amber? Those were some we had never seen before. While Scott was at Ambers he is making a call on the cell phone. LOL! Maybe he was calling Laci while Amber was in the other room telling her how hard he was working. But who was taking the pictures? On a few he is totally wasted.
That probably was it.

OMG CO !! NEVER say you would eat crow!! I remember on another case someone said that and forever was hounded by posted pics of crows! LOL (along with recipe's of said delicacy)...
If you were watching Lar tonight, you heard them dispute #6 and go for #8 ! Of course they were using that brilliant pundit Justin (!), but he said Nancy would be surprised at WHO it really was.
That led me to skeptically believe he had been talking to #6, but then I am born to be a skeptic.

I read on WS that Laura Ingle reported taht when the Judge was sort of "bawling out the Jury", #8 was looking at the ceiling!!! ROFLMBO Somehow I feel confident that he's not an NG. That little Asian woman may very well be (#7). She is the one that stated that "once she had made up her mind, NOBODY could change it". That was what she said in voir dire! I actually don't buy the EXTREME negativity portrayed by Pixley and GAG, Richard Cole. He's enough to give you an attack of depression. LOL Another thing, WHY is Peterson laughing and joking? IF it's a hung jury, he isn't going anywhere and he will be re-tried. It was also stated that Geragos will NOT be his Lawyer.!!

I wondered the same thing. The only thing that I could come up with was his hands. Maybe they wanted to get a look at the hands......for cuts and scrapes that he said he was always getting? I couldn't see any.....they looked pretty clear to me.
yeah... I heard all kinds of speculations this morning.. Gads, I guess the best thing if nothing from these jurors would be a "deadlock". Geragos, Petersons loose! Scotty stays in jail!!! Until the case is retried in this instance.

He looks like he's either getting dressed or undressed in some of them . I have wondered how he went out behind Laci's back all dressed up like in the pics before.
He didn't go out dressed like that pies. He rented the tuxedo in Fresno!!
I had to laugh when I saw him wearing suspenders. I asked my grandson if he wore suspenders when he rented his tux and he said no the pants came with nifty side adjustments.
Yes, it appears that Amber must have unbuttoned his shirt getting him ready.
