Posted on 11/02/2004 5:55:56 AM PST by Pondman88

Based on last 6 presidential elections, the home team winning on Monday Night Football equates to a Republican win. The Jets won!!!!! ESPN radio told everyone to stay home!!! I love it! Go BUSH!!!!!

What happened to the Redskin loss Sunday that was supposed to guarantee a Kerry victory?

I guess the "P" in ESPN must stand for "Politics".

I take it you haven't heard about the professor who has tracked Presidents-elect by the number of times they blink.
Appears W will lose because he blinked more at the end of the third debate.

According to Rush the Redskins loss only counts if they play in Washington, DC...they now play in maryland (I think). Anyways...its the year of breaking jinxes.

According to the Democrats, George Bush didn't win the election in 2000, he STOLE it. So, that "curse" was broken 4 years ago.

What happened to the Redskin loss Sunday that was supposed to guarantee a Kerry victory?

The redskins scored a touchdown that would have given them the lead but it was called back for a phantom "illegal procedure" call that none of the announcers could understand why the official called. So the Redskin loss would foretell a kerry victory only if the dems can manage sufficient vote fraud to alter the outcome of the election like the ref did the game.

The Redskins had yesterday's game won until a judge overturned the winning touchdown. Their opponents scored another touchdown so it didn't look close, but it was because the skins were desperate.

Good thing I don't believe this crap.

But the Redskins lost, so it will be a tie.

It's a rough time whenever we have to pin our hopes on the NY Jets winning a game! :-)
