I mean, seriously. Trying to stay on the safe side, not get accused of throwing the vote one way?!? I have no clue.
Not calling on principle - polls not officially closed, but everyone can add.
they just did. no surprise they also say
Too few precincts have reported thus far. Polls only closed an hour and five minutes ago.
They're still holding out on Florida, too.
Once they call Florida for the President, I bet they will call CA for Kerry ...
On the normal fox network coverage, Shep was saying that they weren't calling it until people were done voting. I just barely caught it, but it seemed that there may still be lines in Cali.
It sure seemed close to me.
I believe Bush is only down by 5% right now in California with about 11% reporting. Granted, he won't win it, but it could lead to a delay in their reporting that state.
I'm wondering why they haven't called Montana of all places yet
Kerry will win state but the President is doing better than expected for the early returns.
I think they've been having some gaps in posting to their site.
FINALLY Cnn calls Florida for Bush
I call it....Cal for kerry!!
Appears as if Fox is being the most conservative of them all in making calls.
They certainly haven't been to prompt tonight in updating that site-I expected more of it.
I guess Fox has moved the man power away from maintaining the website to backing up the on-air talent.
Not watching the fox news on account that I don't watch TV at all. Listening to Fox News Radio with John Gibson. Pretty great coverage, and more up to date info than the fox news website. I'm relying on CNN's website for reporting the AP numbers. The way CNN has laid out the dynamic content is incredible. At any rate, my predictions are still holding true. I have Bush topping kerry 307 to 231.
Susan Estrich was just interviewed by John. Is she coked out or what?
The Kerry lead is only 5% with only 11% of precincts reporting. While I would call it a pipe dream at the moment, Bush only has to close a 200,000 vote gap in a state with 89% of the precincts left to report. A guy could dream...
onscreen they had Kerry and Bush only 1 percent apart...I leapt from my chair...wouldn't it be great if we Californians no longer had to be "blue"?!
I am calling CALI for BUSH
