Yes, it is clsoing, a couple of Kerry counties aren't done yet.
Bush also has several counties that aren't all in yet. I think time is on Bush's side.

Cuyahoga has been hoding back its urban precincts. Not enough to win. Hamilton county which is very GOP is still out there.

I'm confident that Bush will take Ohio. That said, with the provisional and absentee ballots, I think the counting will continue for the next few days at least.
Hoping Kerry concedes quickly and gracefully.

With 83% reporting showing now a 140k lead for the Prez....
