Gee, I don't know. No offense intended, but considering what you do to your body, I'm not sure I want to take health advice from you. LOL.

I didn't want to miss anything, so I went all the way. I've not slept a wink.

I too trade currencies. I find I feel much more rested after a good trade and very tired after a loser. I suspect we all feel pretty well rested today.

LOL! Well, that's understandable. I'm a certified workaholic and don't advise everyone to frequently avoid sleep as I do - but these things do work!

the absolute best thing to stay awake is eatting sunflower seeds in the shells. somethign about deshelling them with your teeth and tongue makes you alert...it is weird but works everytime.

We made it til 3:30, then crashed. I think we just wanted to see it turn to 270...lol I knew we wouldn't get to, but we were afraid as soon as our heads hit the pillows, it would happen. I had to wake up at 6:30 to open my home daycare, so my precious hubby showed up with a 20oz cappuccino to help give me a boost. The problem now is...I have five slumbering children in the room, the lights low, soft music playing...zzz..zzzz..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I was the mother of 5 children under 6 many years ago. I couldn't have done anything you suggested. I just moved through the day and was lucky if I got 4 hours sleep a night for about 2 years,

We survive!!!!!

Went to bed at 6:00 a.m. this morning and was back up at 10:00 a.m.

Coincidentally, the first thing I did was grab an apple.
Now I'm sKared. I'd hate to get addicted. LOL

I stayed up until 2:20 following the threads on FR...then got called at 3:45 from work and wound up staying up the rest of the night working on a problem. So, I am a FReeping worthless zombie right now, LOL. Happy and proud to have done my tiny one-vote part to re-elect President Bush, but brain-dead as can be.
