Don't know about further up north, but St. Louis, Memphis, and the Mississippi Delta have large black populations.

Unfortunately, the blacks still seem to vote for the Dems (except for the new conservative blacks, who are in the minority still).

My county went red.....I live in a red zone....finally!!!!

Congrats to yas...My state, The People's Republic of Maryland, went red in 90% counties.

Unfortunately the 10% Blues pulled the whole state down :-(

Nope. I didn't believe the map was right so I checked the results. Deep south Texas is RED!

Well I have no idea where you checked as those counties are always dims. I just looked at the Secretary of States website and grabbed the first 5 valley counties I could think of:

Zapata 57% Kerry
Starr 74% Kerry
Jim Hogg 65% Kerry
Hidalgo 55% Kerry
Willacy 61% Kerry

Generate the map by precinct and the blue will almost vanish.

And the MSM et al are saying, even with the 3.5 Million vote margin of victory that GW does NOT have a mandate. Doesn't LOOK like a divided nation to me. What it looks like are some radicals in the North east and the WEST that need to be ignored.
