Pew had it perfect as well. 51 to 48.

I hope to God I never hear how accurate Zogby is again in my life.

Where was this data prior to election day?
Real Clear Politics did not have it.
I am not inclined to believe the polling companies own claims of accuracy without other proof that it actually made such a precise prediction and publicized it.

RCP does list Pew as being dead on, but not "Battleground".

I hope to God I never hear how accurate Zogby is again in my life.

Statement from John Zogby on 2004 Presidential Election Results:

“We feel strongly that our pre-election polls were accurate on virtually every state. Our predictions on many of the key battleground states like Ohio and Florida were within the margin of error. I thought we captured a trend, but apparently that result didn’t materialize. “We always saw a close race, and a close race is what we’ve got. I’ve called this the Armageddon Election for some time—a closely-divided electorate with high partisan intensity on each side."

I think RCP would have been a lot more accurate too without Zogby.

WOW...that's pretty darn close.
I want to know what Freeper wins for having the closest electoral estimate. I know there were some who said it would be over 300.
Anybody know who got it close?
