BOSTON, Massachusetts (CNN) -- President Bush declared victory in his race for re-election Wednesday, telling his cheering supporters that "America has spoken." "We've worked hard and gained many new friends, and the result is now clear -- a record voter turnout and a broad, nationwide victory," Bush said.

He's not the president of "states" but of citizens. He boosted his support in every state.
