I think the election in two years should be the focus - we need 5 more Senate seats or Bush won't be able to appoint a REAL Exegetical Supreme Court Justice - one who will take out the meaning of the text rather than read into it his worldview and presuppositions.
Kennedy and Kerry and crew will filibuster ALL of Bush's nominees and we can't cut them off without 60 Senators.
