From everything I've been reading and hearing his advisors did NOT want him to concede yesterday.
(How've you been?)
I'm much better today. I did spend yesterday gloating and making as many of the libs on campus as uncomfortable as possible. Not hard to do, just the sight of me sometimes sets them off. I wanted to set a table on the commons yesterday and serve Kool Aid, but was talked out of the idea.
How have you been doing?
If Kerry had the opportunity to put us through another election 2000 hell, he would have done it in a heartbeat. The Dems didn't hire 10,000 lawyers for nothing.
I heard one of their campaign reps say that they weren't going to concede because they thought the gap in Ohio would close to about 50,000, at which point they would have unleashed their team of time wasting lawyers.
Don't think for a minute they are doing anyone any favors here. They were left with no alternative and chose the only course of action possible and that, in my view, is not worthy of commendation.
He did not do it for the country. He did it because it was the best thing he could do for himself.
