Somebody needs to tell Bill Jones to hang it up. The smartest thing the California GOP could do is to groom some hispanic candidates. You're never going to get the votes of the San Francisco Bay Area, but you can get the hispanic vote statewide.

Bush has really paved the way in this regard by substantially increasing the hispanic vote for the GOP.
