Thank you for the correction. I had heard that but hadn't verified it. The quote often stated is that the US funds the most of any other country and that happens to be 22% of the total budget, which is substantial.

Regarding Vouchers, I'd prefer it to be in the hands of the States but will take what we can get. If the educational system stays in the hands of the dummos, we'll be kicking ourselves 20 years down the road for not "privatizing" our educational system when we had the chance. As it is right now, I'm sending my kids to a private school for 1/2 of the cost of what it takes to send my kids to the public school, and they get a much better education. Unfortunately, I still have to pay for NOT using the public school.
