I usually go to Amazon.com (I know he is a liberal YUCK) but I go to the Used Books section. Not owned by Bezos. I order them there and they are in brand new condition for a fraction of retail. Never been burned yet. And you can even get out of print books that way.

Great story! I have only one concern. Calling a Liberal Democrat a Whore, could give Whores a bad name.

That's another good tip. B&N also has a used book option that I have used. I'm sure there is a kick-back to B&N and Amazon from these used book dealers, either up front or based on sales.
I do like to support the conservative outlets, though (unless they are totally out of sight, which is not the case, usually.)

I'll never forget when I bought my copy of "Slander" at Atlantic Bookstore on Rehoboth Beach....the clerk held it by the corner at arm's length to put it in a bag for me, as thopugh he were handling doggie doo....I told him not to be afraid, he wouldn't acquire some wasting disease from handling the book....the look I got would have killed me if it were a bulletUh, maybe he was trying to keep from getting a paper cut and spreading a wasting disease.

Report the employee in writing.
And continue to go into the story for every conservative publication.
Make a point to say hello to the little whore.

Today after church I went to Barnes&Noble. Wow.And you weren't struck by lightning?
No, but a tree fell on my car in the windstorm on Friday. I think the storm was caused by the great sucking sound at 7 Louisburg Square.

Have you tried www.alibris.com? It is basically a marketing consortium for used book stores around the world - great place to find new & used books (with descriptions of quality, features, etc.) for thin green.
