Just announced on Fox News! Who of us will be able to sleep tonight? Will Greta now have a two-hour show? Will the state of Kalifornia ever be the same? We need to send Scott Peterson to France to take out Arafat! Help me somebody.... brain beginning to melt....

You mean there is more to life than Scott Peterson?
Get on with it. Most of us in fly-over country have more important issues than a "case" that has gone on for over 2 years. There are probably a zillion cases out there like this that don't get an iota of coverage.
Once this "drama" is settled I am certain the Left Coast will have another case for everyone to tune into for another 12-24 months.

I believe Scott is guilty as sin, but how can they convict him when they have no real evidence ? He's one slick dude. Now there have been cases of people being convicted with no body, and I want Scott to pay just like everyone else, but I just can't see how they are gonna do it.

As someone who is not following the case much, I would still say that in general circumstantial cases can be pretty strong. Was there a motive? I recall something about an affair.
In any case, in other news, Lincoln Chafee decided to stay with the Republican Caucus in the Senate.
