Thank you for this one John. I am slowly seething inside right now at the evil and deception these people have perpetrated upon this country. Thank God they have more limited power at this time. No reason for the invasion of Iraq right?

In his pilfering from the national archives, Berger may well have been looking for Clinton's hand-annotated review from the summer of 1996 on Yousef's "planes as bombs" plan, a legacy-killing document if ever made public. Rep. Tom Davis, (R-VA), (Yes, I voted for you again, Mr. Davis) you promised to hold hearings on the theft of classified material from the National Archives by Burglar Berger. When, Mr. Davis, When?

The problem is -- politics is politics.
Of course the Clinton era can receive allot of blame. However, Republicans controlled at least one chamber during most of Clinton's administration. What did they do? Even when GWB came into office, he left many of the Clinton hold-overs in place and chose not to pursue any legalities against the Clintonites.
The Republicans can't get a pass on the Clinton era; they were complicit, both during and after.
How and why did the Clintons gain so much power and position that they have escaped prison time for most major scandals. And such major scandals can be traced back 2 decades into Clinton's governorship.
What do the Clintons have on so many Republicans? It is ironic that the one scandal that tainted x42 -- Lewinsky -- brought down, not one, but two major Republican leaders--Gingrich and his immediate successor. More Republicans have lost jobs from Clinton scandals than Democrats have. Why?

Why New Yorkers love Bill and Hillary Clinton is beyond me (especially anyone who lost loved ones on 9/11).

I saw you commenting yesterday about Rice supposed to have divined advance warning of the impending attacks that took place on 9/11/01.
I well remember these hearings and when I saw this posted just now, well, I thought of you.

I think Gorelick was on the panel solely to keep her off the witness list.

You know, I need to send an email to Congressman BillyBob's friend, Jerry Agar. Jack used to be on the same station that Jerry's currently on. I'd loce to hear Jack on the air in KC again.
Thanks for this posting.

The Arkansas Canada tainted prison blood scandal was also connected to Slick but nothing ever came of it. It was a good foreshadowing of what was to come from the toons.
