I am being sued for something that happened at the December 2000 Freep of Joe Lieberman.

JimRob has allowed me to hold an internet fundraiser to help defray the costs of my lawyers fees.

I am broke and thousands of dollars in debt, and depending on how much I can collect here, I amnot sure if I can continue or work to sign a mutual release if offered.

Right now, we have ended the discovery phase, and are awaiting the deposition of the man who accused me of assaulting him that day.

That charge is a lie.

The following story below is my short account of what happened that day.

I don't have much but I will try to send you $20.00. I will suggest for you to also pray that God will take care of your financial problems. If you truly believe you will see that you will get the money you need. I don't mean to preach, just sharing something that helped me in my times of trouble. God is faithful.

"A person can gift fairly large amounts annually without affecting the unified credit. Basically, any US taxpayer can gift up to $11,000 to a single person in a tax year and there are no tax consequences: the gift giver's lifetime unified credit is not affected, and the gift recipient pays no tax."

There was a post attacking Race that he hit abuse for and that post has now been removed -- he was not talking about the thread itself.

Damned Marines are always getting in a jam and the Cav usually has to help bail you guys out.

Seriously, my check is out to you tomorrow. I'll echo other sentiments expressed here thanking you for the what you did 4 years ago. Also, I wished you'd have sent out the call earlier so the rest of us could've helped take this burden off of you.

Happy to help a fellow freeper. That guy who's suing you looks to be a real race baiter who makes a living out of gaming the system. He's almost like a cartoon - stealing some old lady's funeral money, for crying out loud!

Check's in the mail tomorrow, and by the way - thank you for your service to your country.

Didn't Mary's Child, Jesus say love your enemies, pray for those who despitefully use you, do good to those who hate you? So then, why aren't you listening to Jesus' words which has more authority than Mary any day! Don't be a hippocrit, practice what you preach and have been taught and what YOUR Savior commands you to do because those words in the orginal Greek are in the "Command Form", they are not suggestions.

You wrote: was about to help but decided against it after remembering how anti-Catholic you are.

Oh great, what a good example of CHRISTIAN love from another "Catholic" -- do you have any idea What Jesus Would Do???

Get the plank out of your own eye. THEN if you can 'see' well enough to open your heart and pocketbook, do so. If not, hey another millennium in purgatory for you, I guess.

I am NOT a Catholic by birth, but by choice. (Does that make me 'pro-choice'?) HOWEVER, I have come to the conclusion that the majority of people I meet (online or in person) are so self-absorbed that they've lost their empathy with others, especially others in need. And the worst of the lot are people who fulfill their religious duty and nothing more. That is no way to LIVE your FAITH. Jesus gave to the 9 who didn't return as much as He gave to the 1 who did. Ever think about that???

No of course not. If you had, you would not have posted as you did.

RACE, forgive Mary's Child. She forgot to ask Mother Mary what Her Son would do before she let her fingers do the walking.

Check will go out in tomorrow's mail. +Pace e Bene+

You can't get a case dismissed merely be offering a different version of events, regardless of how persuasive or logical your version is, or how much evidence you have supporting you. That's what juries are for.
