I am being sued for something that happened at the December 2000 Freep of Joe Lieberman.
JimRob has allowed me to hold an internet fundraiser to help defray the costs of my lawyers fees.
I am broke and thousands of dollars in debt, and depending on how much I can collect here, I amnot sure if I can continue or work to sign a mutual release if offered.
Right now, we have ended the discovery phase, and are awaiting the deposition of the man who accused me of assaulting him that day.
That charge is a lie.
The following story below is my short account of what happened that day.

Sorry for your troubles. Unfortunately, I have looked at my bank account as of late and no matter how I do the math, division, division, division, I'm in the red. I told ABC news the crayola coloring books are pathetic. The interspersed posts r.e. circling wagons, putting wood to it...loathsome. Take notes Mr. Rove--these sound like Dem tactics. As for finding out who your "true friends are", intimidation gets people nowhere. President Bush got my vote; Jim Robinson has my contribution for the time, effort, and discerning intelligence provided by way of Freeper's articles. The party is a wealthy one--let them divert my contribution as they see fit but I do not jump on any old bandwagon.Sheesh my Blue State may have highways to hell but looks like there are still potholes even in the "warmer' states. Okay, there's no way I can read all 800+ posts - I'm glad to see that the Paypal worked. I read the first couple of hundred comments & started to get worried when everyone was sending checks.
I also apologize for the lack of charity from assorted posters. While the comments have been removed, from the responses I can gather what they were. Some of your comments have grated on me at times (I too am a Catholic) but this is NOT the time for that.
You should have spoken up sooner - money's always tight, but prayers are free. We'll keep you in ours.

What did the police say during discovery?
Did media film the event?
Race no video but I was standing to the side of the truck when the guy jumped up on the back of the truck as if he was going after Tom Scott. You didn't touch him he touched you. There was no reason for him to jump on the back of the truck...in fact he has a police record as I recall.
