Abe (Lincoln) was a moron.

Yep. BTW, he (Abe Lincoln) wasn't opposed to slavery himself, he never freed a single slave. He was a racist.

Lookee here... Looks like another self-defined "enlightened one" attempting to insult the ignorant, unwashed conservative masses.

The best thing, of course, is simply to ignore folks like you. Most freepers do, which must make it awfully lonely for you (MSTBU). After all, for people with certain personality disorders, a negative response is better than no response whatsoever.

However, I'm still in need of coffee this morning and decided to take pity on you.

Many people on FR are on a mission to return our country to a constitutional Republic which defends rights. Many of them were convinced by people just like me who pointed out that the country was going the wrong way.

Okay, you still seem to come up with a long list of what not to do but nothing on what to do? I asked for some names of qualified conversatives to fill the post of Secretary of Homeland Security and all you could do was come back with a smart alec comment about referring to a phone book. Who do you think would be good for the job?

When you can't refute what someone says, always revert to personal attacks.

Save your pity for the mirror.

Probably asked for everybody's resignation and is picking the ones he wants to go and the ones he wants to keep.

My comment about the phone book was correct. You want me to name some conservatives because you can't think of any?

Try this, think up the names of conservatives, then think about whether they would be well suited to run a large company.

If you can't think of any, the conservative cause in this country is moribund.

Probably a good thing based on what passes as a conservative nowadays.

This thread and hundreds of other seem to prove you wrong. No surprise there.

Every Freeper is ignored by most Freepers, btw.

This poster is not pro-life - he's a miserable old Libertarian looking to foment trouble. Note the divisive allusion to Lincoln as well. He has a brick up his butt.

Rudy is an anti-gun Fascist.

Have I seen, heard or read where she used the words, "pro-choice"? No, I personally have not. But she has previously indicated she did not think Roe v. Wade should be overturned and that abortions should be "rare". She said she believes abortions should be minimized and the education was necessary.
http://archives.cnn.com/2001/ALLPOLITICS/stories/01/19/laurabush.abortion.02/

My point was not to argue the first lady's view on abortion, but more on your postings. By your thinking: If she is pro-choice, why would the president marry someone with such views when there are plenty of good women out there that aren't pro- choice? (your argument against Rudy as NSA). Your argument is ridiculous. What difference does one's view on abortion make in the job capacity we are talking about here?

Are you sure? Libertarians usually aren't so focused on abortion.

A lie.

he's a miserable old Libertarian

Miserable? to you maybe,
Old? for sure,
Libertarian? Sorry, wrong again.
looking to foment trouble? Only for liberals and RINOS

Note the divisive allusion to Lincoln as well.

Oh, I see, only certain people are divisive about Lincoln, that's odd, the threads on this conservative forum are hundreds and hundreds of posts long on the subject, each side claiming to be conservative. Who left you in charge of defining people's ideology based on your bias on the subject?

He has a brick up his butt.

Umm, you seem to have some intimate knowledge of my anatomy, perhaps you should change your focus.

Speaking of Mineta, the Feds need to start phasing themselves out of highway construction. Except for the Interstate System and the old US Numbered highways, there is no reason for the Feds to be involved. Decrease the gasoline tax by 75% or whatever figure is appropriate for their core mission and let the states raise the gas tax to fund an increased state role. An added benefit is that there would be a lot less opportunity for Congressional pork projects.

If she is "pro choice" she is actually pro abortion. If so, she is wrong, and terribly so. Not to mention constitutional ignorant. Good thing she's just a Presidential spouse.

By your thinking: If she is pro-choice, why would the president marry someone with such views when there are plenty of good women out there that aren't pro- choice?

You don't get to define my thinking. You are incorrect.

(your argument against Rudy as NSA). Your argument is ridiculous.

You are entitled to your ridiculous opinion.

What difference does one's view on abortion make in the job capacity we are talking about here?

I was making a point about appointing people to your cabinet who oppose your agenda. It's ridiculous. The fact that you couldn't understand the point is your problem.

As to whether the President should divorce his wife, that's not an option for Christians. He should instead try to change her heart so she doesn't embrace infanticide. And pray for her, very hard.
