Dutch Immigration Minister expels Algerian

THE HAGUE - Minister Verdonk (Immigration) has declared a 38 year old Algerian as unwanted foreigner last week and expelled him to Spain.

The Algerian is A.B., a man who was suspect before of recruting jihad warriors in the Nehtherlands. B. had a Spanish residence permit and is therefore handed over to Spanish authorities.

A.B. was found innocent because according to the judge the Justice department had arrested and prosecuted him unlegally based on information from the AIVD (intelligence service). But according to Verdonk he was a threat to society.

She bases this on infromation from the AIVD that the man had extremist sympathies and has called on several meetings for violence against Westerns and especially Dutch.

Nothing wrong with watching where he goes as he runs on his merry way. More terror cell members could be caught as a result of this guy panicking on the run.

I wonder what he thinks about being expelled to Spain in particular. Is he happy that Spain is ruled by socialist appeasers?

The only trouble with your list is that it leaves out all the European plots broken up by police and intelligence services before the islamofascists had the chance to strike. I'd like to see somebody write down that list -- it'd fill up the page.

Yes, it's a start. I'm not sure of the rationale behind his deportation to Spain though, unless the intelligence services will be watching him to see where he goes. Since you guys are a member of Schengen along with Spain, if no one's watching this guy, he can just go right back to the Netherlands.

AVID Dutch Intelligence service? Now thats an Oxymoron if ever I've heard one. They have a huge problem on their hands. What form of Intelligence let this happen? It's probably my English. Intelligence information can not be used in court because the court can not check the legitimacy of the information. Only information gathered by the police can be used because the obtainment of this information is verifiable.
