It's a parrot. It's hard to put lips on a parrot without it looking ridiculous. And Condi, for all her excellent traits, does in fact have a gap between her two front teeth. Plus, large gapped front teeth are not stereotypical of blacks. I see an offensive characterization worthy of a 4th grader. I fail to see any overt racist content.
