I don't think either one of these (especially the first) is really that bad. The first one especially strikes me as well within the bounds of acceptable political invective. The one showing Condi as Prissie in "Gone with the Wind," (which is not depicted here) however, is clearly racist.

I agree the first is just a political cartoon. YOu could have stuck Toni Blair's face as a bird and kept the lines the same.

The second is racist. "Brown Sugar?"

Funny how the black media and black politicians and religious leaders are not calling "foul."
